Do You Know ? - How to Synchronize Your Google Stuff.

I use Google chrome as my default browser. I have a laptop at home and a desktop at work. I wanted to have a synchrony between the two systems. If you open your chrome, you can find settings tab (tool like symbol), click on it and you need to select options. Under options, click on personal stuff and set up sync with your gmail login.

This will synchronize your applications, extensions, preferences, auto fill, bookmarks, themes and so on. Easy but effective way. Of course, you can sync your Google calender with your outlook and smart phone with a different procedure. I will write about it later.

At&T A list

I had T-mobile service when i first came to USA in 2005. Later I had to move to At&T, for an obvious reason that all my friends are in that network. Calling friends on the same network is easy and free but what if you have friends or relatives in other networks or they have land line service only. As far as At&T goes, there is feature called A list. This A list is available only for the people who have a plan above 39.99$. Individual plan owners can have up to 5 A list numbers, where as the family plan members can have up to 10 numbers on the list. A list numbers are basically the phone numbers which you can call unlimited number of times with unlimited number of minutes. The A list can be changed as per user's wish but it usually takes 24 hours to get the changes effective. Not a bad feature if you are going over the anytime minutes.
